We hope that everyone is healthy and well during these challenging times. We are very grateful for everyone who has come to enjoy playing at Imagine Playspace over the years. We have certainly enjoyed the community and watching your little ones grow! It was a heartbreaking decision to close Imagine, however, conditions are finally improving to the point that we hope to open again soon! Everyone's contributions have been essential in allowing us to move and store items and cover a portion of our huge losses in rent/utility expenses. We will be forever grateful for all the help and encouragement during this difficult time!
Thanks to your generous contributions, we have made great strides towards the goal for community support in covering a portion of the huge losses we sustained. Donations are still tremendously helpful, if you are in a position to help monetarily. The funding is still needed to cover the costs of the closure, and moving and storage expenses. We are hoping to reopen either at our former location if we can work something out with the landlord, or potentially at a smaller venue.

Ways that you can help:
- Donate funding to help with rent, moving, storage and reopening expenses. See "go fund me" site using the "Save Imagine" button above.
- Spread the word that we are trying to "Save Imagine!" so others can help if they wish.
- If you know of anyone who may be interested in some partnership, ongoing funding or group running of the space, please send them our way. The pandemic has created uncertainties such that longer term rental requirements in our current space are beyond my personal comfort level. Even with a second person helping with fiscal responsibilities, the place again becomes quite manageable.
- If we can reopen soon in our current location, understand that we will need to operate with substantial changes including private "play zones" in order to keep everyone safe during the crisis. Our rates would have to change to reflect our costs in cleaning everything after use and our lower capacity.
- We are considering a second hand shop to offset some expenses, but this is labor intensive, and would require a community effort in conjunction with staff.
- If we have to permanently move, please help spread the word about large items like our ship, and other outdoor equipment. All this may happen very fast.
