General Policies:

Adhering to some basic polices will help keep everyone safe and healthy during your visit.
  • Please always supervise your child/children at Imagine. While we have taken many precautions to keep the facility safe, eliminating all hazards would not allow us to be a fun, active place.  Please understand that parents and caregivers are completely responsible for the health and safety of their child/children while at Imagine.
  • Please only bring children who are in good health to Imagine.
  • Please help to keep Imagine tidy and clean while you visit.  It would be cost prohibitive to have enough staff to pick up after each child that visits.  We rely on a cooperative effort and are very grateful for your help.  Please keep toys in their respective areas or be sure to return them if they go wandering.
  • Please place toys that your child puts in their mouth in the dirty toy bin on the kitchen counter top.
  • Please keep all food in the kitchen, both to help keep things sanitary and to protect children with allergies.  Please wash hands before and after eating.
  • Please do not bring peanut products into Imagine because of the frequency and severity of peanut allergies, as well as the number of infants attending with unknown allergy status.
  • Please wear socks at Imagine and leave shoes in our cubicles whenever possible.
  • Lost and found items left more than 3 months will be re-purposed.

Bounce House Guidelines:

  • Bounce house is meant for up to 5 children at a time.  Adults may enter to rescue their child as needed - but please don't play in it.
  • Bounce house may be off to reduce noise and conserve energy.  It inflates in less than two minutes, just ask if you would like it inflated.
  • Please do not roughhouse or bring toys in the bounce house.
  • Be aware that bouncing into the screen walls of the bounce house may allow a child to slowly fall out.  Though this should not cause injury, it may be scary, so please avoid the screen walls when bouncing.
